摘　　要：老旧社区是我国基层治理现代化转型中的一大难题。集体危害品累积与碎片化的治理格局、复杂产权结构与群体利益分化以及传统思维模式与现代公共服务需求之间的矛盾,共同构成老旧社区治理的复杂情境。Y市D社区通过发挥党建引领作用、整合社区治理结构、设立多元自治组织激活社区公共精神、创建家庭文明诚信档案制度等,将自治、法治、德治相融合,逐步摆脱老旧社区治理掣肘,打造出一种政党整合型的现代熟人社区治理模式。现代熟人社区是在基层党组织的整合中融合,自治、法治、德治的治理共同体,基于居民美好生活需要,实现共建共治共享的治理格局。在老旧社区治理中推广该模式,需要在目标框架中遵循其实践逻辑,吸收典型经验进行自主化探索。Old community is a difficult problem in the modernization of grassroots governance in China.The accumulation of "collective hazardous goods" and fragmented governance structure, the complex property right structure and group interest differentiation, the contradiction between the traditional thinking mode and the demand for modern public services, constitute the complex situation of old community governance.D community of Y City integrates the community governance structure by giving play to the leading role of Party construction;Set up pluralistic autonomous organizations to activate the community public spirit;Create a Civilization and Integrity Archives of Family, integrate self-government, rule of law and rule of virtue, gradually get rid of the constraints of old community governance, and build community D into a modern "acquaintance community" governance model under the integration of political parties.Modern "acquaintance community" is a governance community integrating autonomy, rule of law and rule of virtue in the integration of grass-roots Party organizations. Based on the needs of residents for a better life, it realizes the governance pattern of jointly building, jointly governing and sharing.In order to promote this model in the governance of old communities, it needs to follow its practical logic in the target framework, absorb typical experience for autonomous exploration.
