摘 要:轴流风机的设计过程需要反复验证,并针对原设计的不足之处进行改进,为了使叶轮与电机能相互匹配,基于风机气动设计流程设计了风机的叶轮,并采用变冲角分布策略改进了单一冲角分布策略。根据风机的设计需求等约束条件,快速获得叶片各基元级的一维几何参数。建立叶轮三维模型后,通过CFD仿真验证气动特性。利用三维打印技术对仿真结果达标的模型进行打印,并借助风机气动性能实验平台进一步验证模型。实验结果表明,变冲角叶轮的性能优于单一冲角叶轮,该风机设计方法具有实用性和可靠性,采用的设计流程具有工程应用价值。The design process of axial-flow fan needs to be repeatedly verified and improved according to the shortcomings of the original one,in order to make the impeller and the motor match each other,the impeller of the fan was designed based on aerodynamic technology,and the distribution strategy of variable attack angle was adopted to improve the single attack angle strategy.Based on the design requirements of the fan and other constraints,the one-dimensional geometric parameters of each elementary of the blade can be quickly obtained.After establishing the three-dimensional model of the fan,the aerodynamic characteristics were verified by CFD simulation.The model with qualified results was produced by 3 D printing technology,which would be further verified by the fan aerodynamic performance test platform.The experimental results show that the impeller with variable attack angles is better than that with single attack angle,the design method is practical and reliable,and the design process adopted has engineering application value.
