摘  要:热风循环加热方式被广泛应用于沥青路面热再生施工中,为改善传统热风加热沥青路面的作业质量和能耗,提出了一种变温加热方法。基于有限容积法,建立了二维沥青路面瞬态导热模型,利用MATLAB软件获得了维持路面表层平均温度稳定在180℃的热风变温加热曲线,比较了变温加热和恒温加热方式下的沥青路面及4 cm处平均温度变化曲线,计算了两种加热方式下加热器的能量损耗。结果表明:两种加热方式的能耗相差很小,且都可通过增大初始加热温度进而提高加热效率,但利用所得的变温加热曲线进行沥青路面加热,可有效防止路面发生焦化现象,有利于改善路面再生质量。Hot air circulation heating is widely used in asphalt pavement thermal regeneration construction.In order to improve the operation quality and energy consumption of traditional hot air heating asphalt pavement,a variable temperature heating method was proposed.Based on the finite volume method,the two-dimensional transient heat conduction model of asphalt pavement was established,using MATLAB software,the hot air heating curve was obtained to keep the average temperature of pavement surface stable at 180℃,the variable temperature heating and constant temperature heating mode of asphalt pavement and 4 cm in the average temperature change curve was compared,the energy loss in the heater under two kinds of heating mode was calculated.The results show that the energy consumption difference between the two heating methods is very small,and the heating efficiency can be improved by increasing the initial heating temperature.However,using the obtained variable temperature heating curve to heat the asphalt pavement can effectively prevent the coking phenomenon of the pavement and improve the regeneration quality of the pavement.
