摘　　要：骨盆及髋臼骨折的治疗先后经历了保守治疗、手术治疗、微创治疗三个阶段。骨盆后环是骨盆生物力学重要的压力侧,在不稳定骨盆骨折中,骨盆后环骨折约占1/4。髋臼后柱骨折属于关节内骨折,多需手术重建髋臼的完整性并维持其稳定性。近年来,以经皮螺钉内固定技术为代表的微创术式在临床的应用越来越广泛。本文对骨盆后环及髋臼后柱骨折的几种常用经皮螺钉,包括骶髂关节螺钉、髋臼后柱螺钉、Magic螺钉、LC-2螺钉、髂骨螺钉的置入技术作一综述,旨在为其临床应用提供参考。The treatment of pelvic and acetabular fractures has experienced three stages of development:conservative treatment,surgical treatment,and minimally invasive treatment.The posterior pelvic ring is the important pressure side of the pelvis biomechanics.In unstable pelvic fractures,posterior pelvic ring fractures account for about 1/4.Fractures of acetabular posterior column are intra articular fractures and often require surgical reconstruction to rebuild the integrity of the acetabulum and maintain its stability.In recent years,minimally invasive surgery represented by the percutaneous screw internal fixation technology has become more and more widely used in clinical practice.This article reviews several commonly used percutaneous screw implantation techniques for fractures of posterior pelvic ring and acetabular posterior column,including sacroiliac joint screw,acetabular posterior column screw,Magic screw,LC-2 screw,and iliac screw,aiming to provide reference for clinical application.
