摘 要:为了降低预补偿计量装置的误差,提升电能计量精度,提出了谐波干扰下数字化高压电能计量装置误差预补偿方法。分析谐波干扰下计量装置的误差,并计算谐波干扰下标准采样频率时的功率值;利用过零检测算法计算实际采样频率,获取实际采样频率时的功率值,标准采样频率时的功率值与实际采样频率时的功率值之差即为预补偿功率值,实现电能计量装置误差预补偿。实验结果表明:该方法可精准计算不同谐波次数时电能计量装置的三相功率误差;该方法补偿后的功率值与功率理论值差距较小,具备较优的功率误差预补偿效果;应用该方法后的计量装置报表数据记录精度更高。In order to reduce the error of precompensation metering device and improve the accuracy of electric energy metering,an error precompensation method of digital highvoltage electric energy metering device under harmonic interference is proposed.The error of metering device under harmonic interference is analyzed,and the power value at standard sampling frequency under harmonic interference is calculated;the zerocrossing detection algorithm is used to calculate the actual sampling frequency and obtain the power value at the actual sampling frequency;the difference between the power value at the standard sampling frequency and the power value at the actual sampling frequency is the precompensated power value which can realize the error precompensation of the electric energy metering device.The experimental results show that this method can accurately calculate the threephase power error of electric energy metering device under different harmonic times.The difference between the compensated power value and the theoretical power value is small,and the method has better power error precompensation effect.After using this method,the report data recording accuracy of the metering device is higher.
