摘 要:以提升变电站顺控倒闸效果、避免变电站电压波动为目的,提出基于高阶朴素Bayes算法的变电站顺控倒闸操作防误闭锁逻辑改进方法。该方法通过基于高阶朴素Bayes算法,完成倒闸操作过程中一次设备故障诊断;根据变电站顺控倒闸操作防误闭锁逻辑规则制定逻辑规则库中的倒闸操作逻辑,对诊断确定的故障实行判断和分析后,利用先投后切法,将计算获取的一次设备和二次设备倒闸操作后引起的多余馈线负荷切除,实现顺控倒闸操作的负荷闭锁逻辑改进。实验结果表明,该方法可准确完成一次设备故障诊断,并有效降低变电站顺控倒闸操作过程中二次设备电损率,避免变电站电压波动,保证变电站的安全运行。In order to improve the effect of sequence control switching and avoid voltage fluctuation,an improved method of antierror latchinglogic for substation sequence control switching operation based on highorder naive Bayes algorithm is proposed.Based on the highorder naive Bayes algorithm,this method completes a equipment fault diagnosis in the switching operation process.According to the antierror latching logic rules of the substation sequence control switching operation,the switching operation logic in the logic rule base is formulated,and the fault determined by the diagnosis is judged and analyzed.Using the method of first casting and then cutting,the redundant feeder load caused by the primary and secondary equipment sequence control switching is cut off,the load latching logic of sequence control switching operation is improved.The experimental results show that the method can accurately complete the primary equipment fault diagnosis,effectively reduce the secondary equipment power loss rate in the process of substation sequence control switching operation,avoid the voltage fluctuation of substation,and ensure the safe operation ofthe substation.
