叶天士透热养阴思想及用药规律浅析

摘　　要：透热养阴思想是叶天士治疗温病最主要的学术思想之一,在《温热论》《幼科要略》《眉寿堂方案选存》《临证指南医案》等代表性著作均有呈现,本文从温病卫气营血不同阶段分析叶天士透热养阴用药规律,阐明透热养阴在温病治疗中的重要性,以期为温病临床用药提供依据。Eliminating heat and nourishing yin is one of the most important academic thoughts of Ye Tianshi in the treatment of febrile diseases,which is presented in representative works such as Wen Re Lun(Treatise on Warm-Heat Diseases),You Ke Yao Lue(Essentials of Pediatrics),Mei Shou Tang Fang An Xuan Cun(Collected Select Formulas and Case Records from Meishou Tang)and Lin Zheng Zhi Nan Yi An(Case Records as a Guide to Clinical Practice).This paper analyzes Ye Tianshi′s medication law of eliminating heat and nourishing yin from defense-qi-nutrient-blood aspects of febrile diseases,and expounds the importance of the thought in the treatment of febrile diseases,in order to provide basis for clinical medication of febrile diseases.
