黑龙江省湿地损失、现状及保护管理建议

摘　　要：黑龙江省是中国湿地资源最丰富的省份之一。近年来,省内湿地面积锐减、湿地污染严重、湿地生态环境遭受了巨大威胁。通过对黑龙江省湿地现状及现存问题的梳理,从人为因素和自然因素2个方面分析了湿地现存问题的原因,并从实际情况出发,提出了有关湿地保护的相关建议,旨在为黑龙江省湿地资源的可持续利用及保护提供参考。Heilongjiang province is one of the provinces with the richest wetland resources in China.In recent years, the area of wetland in the province has decreased sharply, the wetland pollution was serious,and the wetland ecological environment has suffered a great threat. Through sorting out the current situation and existing problems of wetlands in Heilongjiang province, this paper analyzed the causes of existing problems of wetlands from two aspects of human factors and natural factors, and put forward relevant suggestions on wetland protection based on the actual situation, aiming to provide reference for sustainable utilization and protection of wetland resources in Heilongjiang province.
