新疆气象防灾减灾预警服务体系构建的思考

摘　　要：气象部门的主要工作职责包括加强防灾减灾建设、推进突发事件预警信息发布体系的建设、编制并实施气象灾害防御规划、做好预警信息发布和服务工作。阐述了新疆常见气象灾害和防灾减灾预警服务体系建设手段。The main responsibilities of the meteorological department include strengthening the construction of disaster prevention and reduction, promoting the construction of emergency early warning information release system, preparing and implementing meteorological disaster prevention planning, participating in the government’s decision-making on disaster prevention and reduction, and doing a good job in early warning information release and service. This paper expounded the construction means of common meteorological disasters and disaster prevention and reduction early warning service system in Xinjiang.
