摘 要:针对回填开山土石的土体组成特点,分析了不同桩型和相应沉桩方法的优缺点,提出了潜孔锤成孔后锤击沉桩工艺。结合国内某船厂船台及横移区工程案例,对该沉桩工艺在开山石厚填土场地的适应性、可靠性和施工关键参数进行了研究,并通过桩基试验评估了采用该沉桩工艺沉桩后桩基的承载力和完整性,最后探讨了施工中遇到的问题并提出了相应的解决方案。In this paper,both the pros and cons of different kinds of piles and corresponding pile⁃driving techniques are summarized and the technique of hammering pile⁃driving after drilling hole with DTH hammer is proposed in accordance with the characteristics of the soil composition of backfill hill⁃stone.Combined with the engineering practice of a project of newly⁃built berths and transfer areas in a shipyard,this essay conducted a study regarding the adaptability,reliability and key construction parameters of this technique to the site with thick hill⁃stone backfill.Pile testing was also conducted to evaluate the bearing capacity and completeness of piles applying this technique.Finally,problems encountered during construction were discussed,and corresponding solutions to address them were raised as well.
