摘  要:本文结合广东外语外贸大学南国商学院学生心理实际情况进行就业焦虑分析,高校学生就业焦虑产生的原因主要有:高校学生就业心理和专业知识与市场变化脱钩。探讨高校朋辈心理咨询对降低就业焦虑的作用途径主要为:高校专业心理咨询队伍的补充、促进高校学生人际关系和提升高校学生心理素质。同时文章引用人格理论知识,分析其价值主要为:认识自己和促进团队合作;并再引入人才测评和生涯规划。最后,提出高校朋辈心理咨询基于高校学生就业焦虑的运用具有以下三个方面:建立联系、分析人格和人才测评和职业生涯规划。This study analyzes employment anxiety based on the actual psychological situation of students in South China Business College Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.The main reasons for college students’employment anxiety are:the decoupling of college students’employment psychology and professional knowledge from market changes;the ways of peer psychological counseling in colleges and universities in reducing employment anxiety are to supplement the professional psychological counseling team in colleges and universities,promote interpersonal relationships among college students and improve the psychological quality of college students.The study cites the personality theory which is to know oneself and promote team cooperation and reintroduces talent assessment and career planning.Finally,the paper puts forward that the application of peer counseling based on college students’employment anxiety has the following three aspects:establishing connections,analyzing personality and talent evaluation,and career planning.
