圆弧堰式阶梯溢流坝掺气发生点数值模拟研究

摘  要:溢洪道是水利工程泄水建筑物的重要组成部分,将泄槽设计为阶梯状,可以有效增加水流的紊动,造成流动掺气剧烈,增加沿程能量的消耗。针对阶梯溢洪道的结构形式,其堰顶的形状及尺寸大小,对其掺气特性起到很大的影响。运用FLOW 3D软件,对圆弧堰式阶梯溢流坝水流的掺气特性进行数值模拟。结果表明,当圆弧半径相同时,堰上水头越大,圆弧堰式阶梯溢洪道掺气发生点到堰顶的距离越大,掺气水流水深越大,消能率越低。当堰上水头一定时,堰顶圆弧半径越大,圆弧堰式阶梯溢洪道掺气发生点到堰顶的距离越小,消能率越小,掺气水流水深越大。The spillway is an important part of the drainage structure in water conservancy project.The design of the spillway as a step can effectively increase the turbulence of the water flow,resulting in severe flow aeration and increasing the energy consumption along the way.The shape and size of the weir crest have great influence on the aeration characteristics of the stepped spillway.Using flow 3D software,the flow aeration characteristics of arc weir stepped overflow dam are numerically simulated.The results show that when the arc radius is the same,the larger the head on the weir is,the larger the distance from the aeration occurrence point to the weir crest is,the larger the water depth is,and the lower the energy dissipation rate is.When the head on the weir is constant,the radius of the arc of the weir is larger,the distance between the aeration occurrence point and the weir crest is smaller,the energy dissipation rate is smaller,and the water depth of the aerated water is larger.
