摘　　要：近几年,研究者广泛关注针灸在轻度认识功能障碍(MCI)临床防治中的作用,国内外对针灸治疗轻度认知功能障碍的研究成果层出不穷,临床上多为单纯毫针刺法、电针、温针灸、耳针、毫火针、艾灸疗法,配合药物疗法及基础认知功能训练,结合耳穴疗法、中医体质辨识、五行和于氏头针等疗法,因其操作简便、疗效确切、无不良反应,患者更易于接受,进一步检索相关动物实验和临床试验,对针灸治疗MCI的临床研究以及作用机制进行综述,并且有些临床治疗结果显示针灸能大幅度提高MCI患者的生活质量。对针灸治疗MCI的作用机制进行研究,总结现有文献中的不足,进而提出相应的解决方法。In recent years,researchers have paid extensive attention to the role of acupuncture and moxibustion in the clinical prevention and treatment of mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Research findings on acupuncture and moxibustion in treating mild cognitive impairment have emerged one after another at home and abroad.Clinically,most of them adopt simple filiform acupuncture,electroacupuncture,warm acupuncture,ear acupuncture,milli-fire needle,moxibustion therapy,together with drug therapy and basic cognitive function training,which combined with auricular acupoint therapy,traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification,Wuxing and the Yu′s scalp acupuncture etc.,are easy to be accepted by patients due to their simple operation,obvious curative effects and no adverse reactions.Relevant animal experiments and clinical trials are further studied to review the clinical research and action mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of MCI.Some clinical results show that acupuncture can greatly improve living quality of MCI patients.Mechanism of acupuncture in treating MCI is studied and corresponding solutions are proposed after summarizing the deficiencies in the existing literature.
