针灸治疗腱鞘囊肿的临床研究浅谈

摘　　要：腱鞘囊肿古称"腕筋结""腕筋瘤""筋聚""筋结"等。可发病于任何年龄,多见于青壮年和中年,女性高于男性。常见于腕背部,手舟骨及月骨的背侧,拇长伸肌腱及指伸肌腱之间,重者可影响患者肌腱和关节功能。近年来,除传统的毫针针刺、艾灸、三棱针等治疗方式,蜂针、火针、针刀等新的治疗方式以及其联合治疗的方式都有显著的疗效。相关研究表明针灸治疗腱鞘囊肿疗效显著,现整理近十年相关文献,以期为腱鞘囊肿临床提供更多参考。Tendon sheath cyst is called"wrist tendon knot","wrist tendon tumor","tendons gather","tendons knot"and so on.It can be got at any age,especially the young and the middle-aged.What′s more,female patients are more than male patients.It is common in the back of the wrist,the dorsal side of the scaphoid or the meniscus,some parts between the tendon of the extensor pollicis and the extensor tendon of the finger.And the severe case can affect the tendon and joint function of the patient.In recently years,in addition to the traditional remedies like filiform needle acupuncture,moxibustion and three-edged needle,new curative methods such as bees needle,fire needle,acupotomyand their combination treatments also have obvious therapeutic effects.The relevant study shows that acupuncture and moxibustion is effective to tendon sheath cyst.The relevant literatures in recent ten years are sorted out to provide more references for the clinic treatment of tendon sheath cyst.
