基于文化产业聚集的区域经济创新发展研究

摘　　要：文化产业逐渐成为中国经济发展的支柱性产业。文化及相关产业的聚集发展产生的规模经济、知识外溢、聚集效应对所在区域经济增长发挥重要作用。文章利用中国31个省(市、区)2012-2018年的面板数据研究文化产业聚集与区域经济创新发展的关系。研究结果表明各经济变量之间满足一阶单整,具备长期稳定的协整关系;文化产业聚集提升了区域经济创新发展水平,具体来看,规模以上文化企业数、年末从业人数和文化企业资产总额对区域创新都具有一定的影响,尤以文化企业数和年末从业人员对区域经济创新发展的影响较为显著,文化企业的资产总额的影响偏弱。因此,多措并举促进文化产业聚集发展是提升区域经济创新发展的重要途径。Cultural industry has gradually become the pillar industry of China’s economic development.The scale economy,knowledge spillover and agglomeration effect produced by the agglomeration development of culture and related industries play an important role in the regional economic growth.This paper uses panel data of 31 provinces(cities and districts)in China from 2012 to 2018 to study the relationship between cultural industry agglomeration and regional economic innovation and development.The results show that the economic variables meet the first-order integration and have a long-term stable co integration relationship;cultural industry agglomeration improves the development level of regional economic innovation.Specifically,the number of cultural enterprises above the scale,the number of employees at the end of the year and the total assets of cultural enterprises have a certain impact on regional innovation,especially the number of cultural enterprises and the employees at the end of the year The impact on regional economic innovation and development is more significant,while the impact of total assets of cultural enterprises is weak.Therefore,it is an important way to promote the development of regional economic innovation to take multiple measures to promote the development of cultural industry cluster.
