摘　　要：近年来,许多研究应用生物电阻抗法进行人体成分分析,指导心衰病人的临床用药和疗效评估。使用生物电阻抗分析(BIA)技术测量的相位角(PA)是近年来引起人们关注的一个原始的生物电阻抗分析变量,本文探讨PA在心力衰竭患者中的应用,为临床心衰患者的病情评估提供参考。In recent years,many studies used bioelectrical impedance method to analyze human components in order to guide clinical medication and therapeutic effect evaluation in patients with heart failure(HF).Phase angle(PA)measured by bioelectrical impedance analysis(BIA)technique is an original BIA variable that has attracted people's attention in recent years.The present article explores the application of PA in HF patients,and provides reference for disease evaluation of clinical HF patients.
