慢性胃炎临证辨治撮要

摘　　要：慢性胃炎病理特点多为寒热虚实,壅遏中焦,脾土失运的寒热错杂、虚实夹杂证。治法不越温清消补,实则消之,必用和降;虚则补之,谨防壅滞;寒则温之,勿忘调补;热则清之,必兼疏通。治疗不可偏颇,不宜寒凝,不宜燥热,不宜滋腻,不宜克伐。必须抓住要点,做到补中有疏,泻中寓补,清中有和,温中有润。The pathological characteristics of chronic gastritis are mostly the cold, the heat, the deficiency and excess changes, the blocking in the middle energizer, the malfunction of the spleen leading to generate the mixed cold and heat, deficiency and excess syndromes.The treatment methods are within the warming, clearing, eliminating and tonifying therapy.The eliminating therapeutic method is adopted for the excess syndrome and the harmonizing and descending methods is made sure to be used simultaneously, the tonifying therapeutic method is adopted for the deficiency syndrome and beware of stasis, the warming therapeutic method is adopted for cold syndrome and the regulating and tonifying methods should not be forgotten to be used, and the clearing therapeutic method is adopted for heat syndrome with using dredging method.Treatment should not be biased and it is inappropriate of cold stagnate, dryness-heat, over-nourished and over-elimination methods.We should grasp the key points and adopt the tonifying therapeutic method accompanied by the dredging method, the purging method with the tonifying method, the clearing method with harmonizing method, the warm method with moisturizing method.
