基于《周易》“三才”法象思维探析中风后抑郁的针刺治疗

摘　　要：《周易》"三才"法象思维对中医学影响巨大。宏观来看,人的行为、意识、思维、情感等都包含于"三才"体系之中,且与天地自然密切相关。中风后抑郁患者病因一则归结于自身"精、气、神"的失调,二则归结于"人"与"天、地"平衡状态的失调。基于"三才"法象思维,治疗中风后抑郁应加强自身"精、气、神"的调节治疗,进而调节"人"在"天、地"间的和谐状态。临证时,可将患者"精-气-神""上-中-下""天-地-人"之"象"进行有机整合,对"三才"中的三部分别进行治疗,以促进"地部"滋阴益精为基础,进而行郁导气、醒脑调神,并加强三部的沟通联系,恢复"三才"的交感。The thinking of "Three Layers" in Zhouyi has a great influence on Chinese medicine.From a macro point of view, human behavior, consciousness, thinking and emotion are included in the "Three Layers" system, and are closely related to nature.The etiology of post-stroke depression is attributed to the imbalance of "essence, qi and spirit" and the imbalance of "human" and "heaven and earth".Based on the "Three Layers" method and image thinking, the treatment of post-stroke depression should strengthen the regulation and treatment of their own "essence, qi and spirit",and then adjust the harmonious state of "man" between "heaven and earth".During clinical treatment, the "image" of "essence-qi-spirit", "upper-middle-lower" and "heaven-earth-human" can be organically integrated, and the three parts of the "Three Layers " can be treated respectively, so as to promote the "earth part" to nourish yin and benefit essence, so as to conduct depression and guide qi, awaken the brain and regulate spirit, strengthen the communication among the three parts, and restore the sympathetic feeling of the " Three Layers ".
