摘　　要：肝硬变门脉高压性肠病腹泻病势缓,病程长,易反复发作。本病病因多样,内因是肝积、鼓胀久病体虚,外因为饮食所伤、情志失调、感受湿热或寒邪等。本病病机复杂,多由肝脉瘀阻,气机不畅,肠络血瘀,水湿外溢;复脾失健运,大小肠传化失常,升降失调,清浊不分,水湿下注所致。"平治于权衡"是中医学整体观和平衡观的体现,即平调阴阳的偏盛偏衰,补偏救弊,虚者补之,结者散之,滞者行之,使机体归于"阴平阳秘"的状态。肝硬变门脉高压性肠病腹泻在辨治时常采用疏肝扶脾、益气补脾、温肾健脾等法以平调阴阳、脏腑、虚实、寒热的偏胜偏衰,达到运脾祛湿止泻之目的。Cirrhotic hepertensive enteropathy-related diarrhea is slow, long-term and prone to repeated attacks.The causes of this disease are various, the internal cause is liver accumulation, tympanic distention, chronic disease and body deficiency, and the external cause is diet injury, emotional disorder, attacking by damp-heat or cold pathogen, etc.The pathogenesis of this disease is complex, mostly due to blood stasis of liver pulse, poor qi movement, blood stasis of intestinal collaterals and overflow of water and dampness;it is also caused by spleen dysfunction, abnormal transmission of large and small intestines, imbalance of rise and fall, indiscriminate clarity and turbidity, and water and dampness. "Treatment based on the harmonization" is the embodiment of the holistic view and balance view of Chinese medicine, that is, to balance the prosperity and decline of yin and yang, remedy the disadvantages, tonify the deficiency, resolve masses, and act the stagnation, so as to make the body return to the state of "relative equilibrium of yin-yang".Cirrhotic hepertensive enteropathy-related diarrhea is often treated by soothing the liver and spleen, supplementing qi and spleen, warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen, so as to balance yin and yang, zang-fu viscera, deficiency and excess, cold and heat, so as to achieve the purpose of transporting the spleen, removing dampness and stopping diarrhea.
