摘　　要：中医药能够改善艾滋病患者临床症状、提高生存质量、提高免疫功能、促进免疫重建。随着高效抗反转录病毒治疗的推广与应用,艾滋病病期不断延长,艾滋病合并慢性病逐渐成为艾滋病综合防控的重要任务。本文通过对艾滋病合并慢性病的研究现状、中医药防治艾滋病合并慢性病的临床实践等方面进行总结,提出临床须对艾滋病合并慢性病的中医证候演变规律、疾病的早期干预、"整体调节"等3方面开展进一步研究。Chinese medicine can improve the clinical symptoms of AIDS patients, improve the quality of life, improve immune function, and promote immune reconstitution.With the promotion and application of highly active antiretroviral therapy, the duration of AIDS has been prolonged.AIDS and chronic diseases have gradually become an important task of AIDS comprehensive prevention and control.This article summarizes the research status of AIDS combined with chronic diseases, and summarizes the clinical practice of prevention and treatment of AIDS combined with chronic diseases by Chinese medicine.It is necessary to further study 3 aspects, namely, the evolution of Chinese medicine syndromes, the early intervention of diseases, and the "overall regulation" of AIDS.
