摘　　要：目的:观察消抗散对免疫性不孕症患者血清抗体转阴情况、中医临床症状改善、受孕率等的影响,探讨消抗散治疗免疫性不孕症的可能机制.方法:选取中医辨证属肾虚血瘀型的免疫性不孕症患者70例,给予中药组方免煎颗粒消抗散治疗,每日1剂,早晚饭后分两次温服.每个疗程为期1个月,共治疗3个疗程.治疗结束后,采用酶联免疫吸附试验定性分析患者血清中抗子宫内膜抗体(EmAb)、抗卵巢抗体(AoAb)、抗绒毛膜抗体(HCGAb)、抗精子抗体(AsAb)和抗心磷脂抗体(AcAb)五项抗体在治疗前后的变化,随访半年,观察中医临床症状的改善以及受孕情况.结果:经3个疗程治疗后,中医症候临床疗效的总有效率是90%;治疗后,五项抗体转阴情况经卡方检验,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者妊娠率为50%;治疗总有效率为85.71%.结论:中药方剂消抗散可明显改善免疫性不孕症患者的临床症状,促进抗体转阴以及提高患者受孕机率,值得临床推广应用.Objective:To observe the effects of Xiaokangsan on the negative status of serum antibodies in patients with immune infertility,the improvement of clinical symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine,and the pregnancy rate,and to explore the possible mechanism of Xiaokangsan in the treatment of immune infertility.Methods:70 patients with immunological infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type based on differentiation were selected andtreated with the traditional Chinese medicine prescription Mianjian Granule Xiaokang San,1 dose per day,take twice with warm water in the morning and evening after meals,Each course of treatment lasts for 1 month,with a total of 3 courses of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,the anti-endometrial antibody(EmAb),anti-ovarian antibody(AoAb),anti-chorionic antibody(HCGAb),and anti-sperm antibody were analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The improvement of clinical symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine and the status of pregnancy were observed for half a year.Results:After 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome is 90%;after treatment,the five antibody turns negative by Chi-square test,the difference is significant(P<0.05);After treatment the pregnancy rate of patients was 50%;the total effective rate of treatment was 85.71%.Conclusion:Xiaokangsan,a traditional Chinese medicine prescription,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with immune infertility,promote antibody conversion and increase the probability of pregnancy.It is worthy of clinical application.
