中粮集团对俄罗斯农业投资的风险研究

摘　　要：随着“一带一路”的深入进行,我国和俄罗斯在农业投资领域的合作规模不断扩大,“双循环”战略提出构建国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局,更加推动了中粮集团在俄罗斯农业投资的规模。中粮集团对俄罗斯农业投资规模不断扩大的同时,企业所面临的各种风险也在不断扩大,再加上近两年新冠疫情对全球经济市场的冲击,国际政策、经济形势也随之变化,这对中粮集团自身发展和健康经营产生了极大的不利。为顺利推进农业建设,构建农业产业持续经营,对农业的投资风险的规避显得至关重要,本研究不仅可以促进农业投资和创新水平的提升,而且有助于农业现代化发展。With the deepening of the“Belt and Road”initiative,the cooperative scale of agricultural investment in China and Russia has continued to expand.The strategy of“dual circulation”proposes to boost the new development of domestic and international dual circulation,which further promotes the scale of COFCO’s agricultural investment in Russia.While the scale of agricultural investment in Russia is expanding,the various risks faced by enterprises are also growing.Coupled with the impact of the epidemic in the recent two years on the global economic market,international policies and economic conditions have also changed accordingly,which has a huge adverse impact on the development and sound operation of COFCO.In order to promote the agricultural development smoothly,it is very important to advance the sustainable operation of the agricultural industry and the aversion of investment risks in agriculture.This study can not only promote the improvement of agricultural investment and innovation level,but also contribute to the development of agricultural modernization.
