摘　　要：点心债的发展是我国金融债券市场对外开放的重要一环,也是人民币国际化的重要缩影,一定程度上反映了我国在全球的经贸地位。本文以香港点心债为主要研究对象,通过研究其发展历程与发展现状,分析推动和阻碍其发展的主要因素,并结合当前国内外经济政策形势,预判其发展趋势。The development of dim sum bonds is an important part of the opening-up of China’s financial bond market,as well as an important microcosm of the internationalization of the RMB,and to a certain extent reflects China’s economic and trade status in the world.This study takes Hong Kong dim sum bonds as the main research object.By studying its development history and status quo,it analyzes the main factors that promote and hinder its development,and combines the current domestic and foreign economic policy situation to predict its development trend.
