摘 要:文章以通货膨胀率为阈值变量构建面板阈值模型,实证检验中国相对价格变动对劳动力资源配置效率的影响,研究表明,当通货膨胀率低于3.8%时,相对价格变动有利于提升劳动力资源配置效率。政府应进一步深化劳动力市场化改革,通过高水平对外开放、提升教育发展水平、深化户籍制度改革、提升交通运输条件等途径尽快构建全国统一市场,提升市场价格机制的信号传递作用,不断提升劳动力资源配置效率,促进经济高质量发展。This study takes inflation rate as threshold variable to build the panel threshold model for testing the infl uence of Relative Price Variability(RPV)on the effi ciency of labor resource allocation in China.The empirical results show that the RPV will improve the effi ciency of labor resource allocation when the infl ation rate is below 3.8%.In the meantime,the government should deepen the market-oriented reform of the labor force further,build a unifi ed national market as soon as possible by strengthening opening up on high level,improving educational development,deepening the reform of the household registration system,and improving transportation conditions.It should also enhance the signaling function of market price mechanism,constantly improve the effi ciency of labor resource allocation,and promote high-quality economic development.
