摘　　要：本文通过对某车型在开发过程中发生的制动噪音问题的研究分析和设计改进,通过选择不同摩擦衬片材料、变更摩擦片倒角形状及消音片材料等多项措施,基于SAE J2521试验程序,开展多轮制动NVH噪音台架试验,并结合整车路试进行方案验证,最终有效地改善和优化了制动噪音问题。本文的分析思路及优化过程,对于后续项目的制动系统NVH性能开发具有一定的参考意义。In this article,we through the study of a certain type of passenger brake noise problem analysis and improvement,by introducing a car SAE J2521 test method,the different friction liner materials,different silencing shim,different pads chamfer and slot shape,and finally to solve the problem of the passenger car’s bring high frequency brake squeal noise for effective management.
