摘 要:本文分析了某款车型在侧碰中,由于门护板连接钣金的普通塑料卡扣连接力较小,碰撞冲击力较大,门护板易弹出对乘员造成伤害,因此设计了防撞卡扣。门护板防撞卡扣作为门护板和钣金的重要连接件,在车门侧碰中起到连接和缓冲作用,防止汽车侧碰时,门护板的塑料卡扣脱出而导致的门护板与乘员发生碰撞。本文介绍了某车型车门装配线装配门护板时,门护板防撞卡扣和钣金卡扣座孔不对中,防撞卡扣不能装入,导致门护板边缘和钣金间隙大。通过分析,对防撞卡扣定位结构进行改进设计,使其满足对中要求。This paper analyzes the side collision of a certain model.Because the ordinary plastic buckle connecting the door guard plate to the sheet metal has a small connection force and a large impact force,the door guard plate is easy to pop up and cause damage to the occupants.Therefore,an anti-collision buckle is designed.The door guard plate anti-collision buckle,as an important connecting piece between the door guard plate and the sheet metal,plays a role of connection and buffering in the side collision of the car door,and prevents the door guard from coming out of the plastic buckle of the door guard plate when the car is hit by the side.The board collided with the occupant.This article introduces that when assembling the door guard plate on the door assembly line of a certain vehicle model,the door guard plate anti-collision buckle and the sheet metal buckle seat hole are not centered,and the anticollision buckle cannot be installed,resulting in a large gap between the edge of the door guard plate and the sheet metal.Through analysis,the anti-collision buckle positioning structure is improved and designed to meet the centering requirements.
