摘  要:某混合动力汽车怠速工况下排气噪声比传统燃油车大,且噪声波动范围大,须找出排气噪声波动大的影响因素,细化混动车型排气噪声测试方法,制定设计优化方案降低怠速排气噪声。研究表明,该混动车型怠速充电标定对排气噪声影响较大,经过设计优化后怠速排气噪声有很大改善。该研究对后续混动车型怠速排气噪声测试方法和设计优化具有重要参考和指导意义。A hybrid electric vehicle exhaust noise is larger than traditional fuel vehicle and it vary greatly in a large range on idle condition.It is required to find out the influence factors of exhaust noise volatility and refine the hybrid vehicle exhaust noise test methods.It must make optimization design solutions to reduce exhaust noise on idle condition.The study shows that the hybrid electric vehicle idle charging calibration had a greater influence on exhaust noise,and.The study has significance reference and guidance for exhaust noise test method and design optimization for hybrid electric vehicle on idle charging condition.
