摘　　要：某公司生产的某系列轿车,其发动机机罩无法开启的故障,在售后市场的质量抱怨一度非常严重,严重影响了汽车的正常使用,有部分用户甚至投诉至国家质检总局,严重损坏了公司品牌形象。结合机罩锁系统的工作机理及故障处理经验,本文分析了故障产生的根本原因,提出了相应的改进措施,给出了经济便捷的售后故障维修方法。同时将相关零件的技术要求,纳入到机罩锁系统的技术设计标准,并补充完善了性能认可试验规范,为该公司在机罩锁系统的开发认可方面提供了重要的经验反馈和设计指导。The failure of the engine hood of a series of cars produced by a company was once very serious in the after-sales market,which seriously affected the normal use of the car.Some users even complained to the AQSIQ,which seriously damaged the company’s brand image.Combined with the working mechanism and fault handling experience of hood lock system,this paper analyzes the root causes of faults,puts forward corresponding improvement measures,and gives an economical and convenient after-sales fault maintenance method.At the same time,the technical requirements of relevant parts are incorporated into the technical design standards of hood lock system,and the performance approval test specifications are supplemented and improved,which provides important experience feedback and design guidance for the company in the development and approval of hood lock system.
