早期综合康复护理在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究早期综合康复护理在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月收治的72例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,遵循随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各36例。对照组开展常规护理,研究组开展早期综合康复护理。比较两组的肢体运动功能、关节活动功能、日常生活活动能力、神经功能缺损程度以及Cys-C、MMP-9水平。结果护理后,两组的上、下肢FMA评分升高,AROM增大,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的FIM评分升高,NIHSS评分降低,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的Cys-C及MMP-9水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急性缺血性脑卒中患者展开早期综合康复护理,能有效改善其肢体运动功能、关节活动功能及日常生活活动能力,减轻神经功能缺损程度。Objective To explore the application effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods Seventy-two patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and study group by the random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group received early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. The limb motor function, joint activity function, activities of daily living, the degree of neurological deficit and the levels of Cys-C and MMP-9 were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the FMA scores of upper and lower limbs and AROM of the two groups increased, and those of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, FIM score increased and NIHSS score decreased in both groups, and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the levels of Cys-C and MMP-9 decreased in the two groups, and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with acute ischemic stroke can effectively improve their limb motor function, joint activity function and activities of daily living, and reduce the degree of neurological deficit.
