摘  要:双塔双循环石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫工艺适用于燃用高硫煤的超低排放机组,在低于设计煤质及低负荷的运行工况下,易出现循环浆液泵、氧化风机投运数量过多、运行能耗偏高等问题。对某电厂双塔双循环脱硫系统运行数据进行分析,研究了机组负荷、入口烟气SO_(2)浓度、浆液pH值、浆液循环泵投运组合等对脱硫效率和电耗的影响,提出了双塔双循环脱硫系统实现经济运行和SO_(2)超低排放的优化策略,可为相似系统的运行优化提供参考。The dual-tower dual-cycle limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process is suitable for ultra-low emission units burning high-sulfur coal.However,withlower coal quality than the designed value and low load,problems such as excessive number of circulating slurry pumps and oxidation fans as well as high energy consumption have occurred.Toaddress above problems,the operating data of a dual-tower dual-cycle desulfurization systemin a power plant was analyzed,and the effects of unit load,inlet flue gas SO_(2) concentration,slurry pH,and slurry circulating pump combination on desulfurization efficiency and power consumption have been investigated.An optimization strategy for economic operation with ultra-low SO_(2) emission in the dual-tower dual-cycle desulfurization system was proposed,which can provide a reference for the optimization of similar systems.
