摘　　要：目前,大型公立医院处于改革转型阶段,其功能已成为集医教研于一体,致力于解决疑难杂症的现代化医院。想要使公立医院走向符合定位的高质量发展道路,就要完善、改变医院以往的管理体系、模式,营造适合创新的氛围,以科技创新引领医院高质量发展。At present,large public hospitals are in the stage of reform and transformation,and their functions have become a modern hospital that integrates medical teaching and research and is committed to solving the problems and complications.In order to make public hospitals go to the path of high-quality development in line with the positioning,we must change the management system and mode of the past hospitals,create an atmosphere suitable for innovation,and lead the high-quality development of hospitals with scientific and technological innovation.
