摘  要:目的:调查新媒体环境下医患双方媒介素养与医患行为,旨在为利用媒介素养构建和谐医患关系提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查方法调查医患双方媒介素养、执医态度与行为、就医态度与行为。结果:医务人员新媒介获取能力、评估能力、合成能力、媒介素养评分高于患者,参与能力、交流能力评分低于患者(P<0.05);执医态度与行为标准化评分高于患者就医态度与行为标准化评分(P<0.05)。媒介素养与医务人员尊重度、信任度、忠诚度、激情度、执医态度与行为正相关(P<0.05);媒介素养与患者参与认知度、信任度、依从性、尊重度、就医态度与行为正相关(P<0.05)。结论:应采取针对性的健康教育,提高新媒体环境下医患双方媒介素养水平,维系和谐医患关系良性发展。Objective:To investigate the media literacy and doctor-patient behavior of both doctors and patients in the new media environment,in order to provide reference for the use of media literacy to build a harmonious doctorpatient relationship.Methods:Questionnaire was used to investigate the media literacy,attitudes and behaviors of doctors and patients,and attitudes and behaviors of doctors and patients.Results:The scores of medical staff's new media acquisition ability,evaluation ability,synthesis ability and media literacy were higher than those of patients,and the scores of participation ability and communication ability were lower than those of patients(P<0.05).Behavioral standardized score(P<0.05).Media literacy was positively correlated with medical staff's respect,trust,loyalty,passion,medical practice attitude and behavior(P<0.05);There was a positive correlation with behavior(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted health education should be adopted to improve the media literacy level of both doctors and patients in the new media environment,and maintain the healthy development of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
