摘  要:目的:探讨公立医院急诊科功能定位和相应的新型绩效管理体系建立。方法:归纳总结急诊主要功能,针对不同的岗位开展岗位要求,同时设计绩效系统。结果:经过广泛调研和调查后,确立了急诊3大主要功能,即识别、抢救、支持,3小功能为“托底、保障、应急”。由此带来的急诊不同岗位的设置,采取了班次费结合重点病种、重点技术权重为主要考核机制的绩效分配体系。结论:新型急诊绩效体系的成功建立,打破了原有急诊绩效以职称为主要因素的绩效体系,学科功能强化,学科建设获得较大进步。Objective:To explore the functional orientation of emergency departments in public hospitals and the establishment of the corresponding new performance management system.Methods:Summarize the main functions of emergency,carry out job requirements for different positions,and design a performance system at the same time.Results:After extensive research and investigation,three main functions of emergency department were established,namely identification,rescue and support,and the three minor functions were"support,guarantee and emergency".As a result,the setting of different posts in the emergency department adopts a performance distribution system in which the shift fee is combined with the weight of key diseases and key technologies as the main evaluation mechanism.Conclusion:The successful establishment of the new emergency performance system broke the original emergency performance system with job title as the main factor,the discipline function was strengthened,and the discipline construction made great progress.
