摘　　要：目的:在管理实践基础上,通过效果分析和价值评价,探索科室质量安全管理小组在科室管理中的经验做法、效果评价和推进建议。方法:结合相关管理要求,通过专项管理实践推动,结合管理效果进行理论分析评价。结果:科室质量安全管理小组是一套整体的制度设计,有其自身的运行规则,需要从体系的角度去建立并开展运行和考核评价。结论:在强调建立院科两级质量安全管理责任体系下,以科主任为第一责任人、建立科室质量安全管理小组的制度设计和做法能够有效推动、强化并实现科室对于质量和安全的管理。Objective:Based on the management practice,this paper explores the experience,effect evaluation and value of clinical departmental quality and safety management team in department management through effect analysis and theoretical evaluation.Methods:Combined with relevant management requirements,through the promotion of special management practices and combined with management effects,theoretical analysis and evaluation are carried out.Results:The department quality and safety management team is a set of overall system designs,with its own operating rules,which need to be established and run and evaluated from the perspective of the system.Conclusion:Under the emphasis on establishing the two-level quality and safety management responsibility system of the hospital and the clinical department,the system design and practice of the department head as the first responsible person and the establishment of the department quality and safety management team can effectively promote,strengthen and realize the quality and safety management of the department.
