摘 要:目的为进一步改善患者住院体验、提升医疗服务质量,借助信息化智能化手段提升病房内医护患三者沟通时效,实现医护患之间信息高度交互与共享。方法以妇产科为试点,应用信息技术及相关智能硬件设备,对传统病房信息系统进行升级改造,实现患者病情早期预警评估功能,将医疗信息通过床旁、护士站及医生智能终端进行互联互通,并实现医护一键紧急呼叫。结果通过智能交互信息系统,实现了将医疗数据资源进行充分整合和有效利用,从而实现医院信息系统(HospitalIn Formation System,HIS)向病房的扩展和延伸,优化医疗服务流程,使用本系统后,护士查抄及核对医嘱所用时间、床位信息数据更新所需时间以及呼叫启动时间均明显下降,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该系统的设计与实现提升了医院病房的综合服务水平,提高患者住院体验,兼具创新性和可操作性,推动了医院的信息化建设和智慧医院的发展进程。Objective To further improve patients’hospitalization experience and improve the quality of medical service,the communication between medical staff and patients in wards can be improved by means of informatization and intelligence,and achieve a high degree of information exchange and sharing between doctors and patients.Methods Taking department of obstetrics and gynecology as the pilot,the traditional ward information system was upgraded and reformed by using information technology and related intelligent hardware equipment to realize the function of early warning and evaluation of patients‘conditions.The medical information was interconnected through the bedside,nurse station and intelligent terminals of doctors,and the one-button emergency call was realized.Results Through the intelligent interactive information system,the medical data resources were fully integrated and effectively utilized,and realized the expansion and extension of HIS to wards and optimized the medical service process.After using this system,the time spent by nurses to record and check medical orders,the time needed for updating bed information and data,and the call start time were significantly improved.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The design and implementation of the system improve the comprehensive service level of hospital wards and the patient experience.With its innovative and operational characteristics,the system greatly promotes the hospital information construction and the development process of smart hospital.
