摘  要:本文详细介绍了TomoTherapy Hi.Art水循环冷却系统的基本构造及工作原理,针对设备在使用过程中水循环冷却系统遇到的水流故障、磁控管超温故障、灯丝逻辑错误和水流错误等故障现象,通过分析电路图,查看水流线路问题原因,并采用更换相应电阻、电路板及焊补水管等维修技术及时维修,使设备恢复正常工作,确保病人得到有效治疗,为同行维修类似故障提供参考。This paper described in detail the basic construction and working principle of TomoTherapy Hi.Art water circulating cooling system.In view of the water flow fault,magnetron over temperature failure,gun board logic error,water flow error encountered by the water circulation cooling system during the use of the equipment,the cause of the water flow line problem was checked by analyzing the circuit diagram.And the corresponding resistance,circuit board and welding repair water pipe were used for maintenance,so that the equipment resumed normal operation.It can ensure that the patient can be treated in time and provide reference for peer repair of similar faults.
