摘 要:目的:构建医疗设备维修业务驱动管理系统,以提高设备维修流程的规范性、同质性和高效性。方法:基于医疗设备维修需求,将业务驱动模式、信息化技术应用于维修物资管理、业务流程及档案管理。采用Oracle11g数据库、SpringBoot分布式框架、FreeMarker前端模板及Bootstrap前端页面模板,实现数据存储、服务访问控制、文档生成及用户交互等功能,并对比分析管理系统使用前后的设备维修效果。结果:业务驱动模式的维修管理系统与历史维修记录进行对比测试,系统档案完整性提高了8.51%,报修后平均维修响应时间、平均维修流转时长及配件平均补货周期与人工相比分别降低了94.87%、55.65%、34.94%,其中,系统使用前后系统档案完整性(χ^(2)=8.8882,P<0.05)、平均维修响应时间(χ^(2)=14.0781,P<0.05)、平均维修流转时长(χ^(2)=27.2947,P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论:基于业务驱动模式的管理系统,可实现维修标准化,覆盖医疗设备维修质量管理流程,实现业务、物资、档案、人员等管理功能,规范操作流程及档案管理,有效提高工作效率,对专家辅助决策系统、维修大数据分析平台建设具有借鉴作用。Objective:To construct business-driven management system of medical equipment maintenance so as to improve the normalization,homogeneity and high efficiency of the process of equipment maintenance.Methods:Both business-driven model and informatization technique were applied in the management of maintenance materials,business process and archives management on the basis of the requirement of medical equipment maintenance.Oracle 11 g database,Spring Boot distributed frame,FreeMarker template on front-end and Bootstrap page template on front-end were adopted to realize data storage,access control of service,document generation,user interaction and other functions.Results:This research realized business-driven management system of maintenance.Compared with the previously maintenance record,the results of comparison test indicated the integrity of the archives of system was increased by 8.51%,and the average response time of maintenance,the average duration of maintenance circulation,the average period of accessories replenishment were respectively reduced by 94.87%,55.65%and 34.94%than manual operation after applied for repair.Among of them,the differences of the archives integrity of system,average response time of maintenance and average duration of maintenance circulation between pre and post using system were significant(χ^(2)=8.8882,χ^(2)=14.0781,χ^(2)=27.2947,P<0.05).Conclusion:The management system bases on business-driven can realize normalization of maintenance,and can cover the management process of medical equipment maintenance,and realize the management functions of business,materials,archives and personnel,and standardize the operation flow and archives management,and improve the work efficiency,which has a reference role in the constructing aided decision-making system with expert and analysis platform of maintenance big data.
