摘  要:要实现锥形筒高精度斜孔加工,需要将孔的轴线与机床主轴的轴线重合后在轴线方向上进给,锥形筒高精度斜孔加工涉及基准及空间角度转化,需要多道工序、多次装夹、多次找正。无论普通机床加工,还是加工中心CNC加工,都存在一定难度。因此,文章提供一种适用于锥形筒高精度斜孔加工方案。它是一种可以调节的专用特殊角度夹具,可以把锥形筒件架成一定角度,将锥形筒件呈所需角度固定在上面进行加工。此设备操作简单,安全可靠,容易调节,造价成本低,可以满足锥形筒件对斜孔尺寸公差、角度、形位公差及表面光洁度的要求,可以实现高精、高效加工,具有很高的工程实践意义。In order to realize the high-precision oblique hole machining of the tapered cylinder, it is necessary to feed the axis of the hole in the axis direction after coinciding with the axis of the machine tool spindle. The high-precision oblique hole machining of the tapered cylinder involves the transformation of datum and spatial angle, which requires multiple processes, multiple clamping and multiple alignment. No matter ordinary machine tool machining or machining center CNC machining, there is a certain degree of difficulty. Therefore, this paper provides a scheme for machining high precision inclined holes in conical cylinders. It is an adjustable special angle fixture, which can frame the tapered tube at a certain angle and fix the tapered tube at the desired angle for processing. The equipment has the advantages of simple operation, safety and reliability, easy adjustment and low cost. It can meet the requirements of tapered cylinder for inclined hole dimension tolerance, angle, shape and position tolerance and surface finish, and can achieve high precision and efficient machining, which is of great significance in engineering practice.
