摘 要:为提高卷烟加工过程中烟丝的质量,采用T检验对在线加香前后的烟丝含水率进行分析,同时使用线性回归分析对人工加香前后的烟丝含水率变化进行拟合。由试验结果可知,在卷烟在线生产过程中,含水率增加量约为加香比例的83.3%,加香前后含水率存在显著差异;不同加香比例试验中,得到线性方程y=0.93x,相关系数R=0.98,相关性较好。加香后含水率的变化对出叶丝率、原料消耗的核算以及成品烟支含水率、烘丝机出口含水率的工艺设计有一定的指导意义。In order to improve the quality of tobacco shreds in the process of cigarette processing,T test was used to analyze the moisture content of tobacco shreds between before and after flavoring process,meanwhile linear regression analysis was used to simulate the change of moisture content of tobacco shreds before and after artificial flavoring process.Judging from the test results,During the process of cigarette processing,the increase of moisture content approximately equaled 83.3%of the proportion of flavoring.There was a significant difference between tobacco shreds before and after flavoring process.From experiment of spraying aromatic flavoring with different ratio,a linear equation(y=0.93 x)and a correlation coefficient(R=0.98)were concluded.The change of moisture content of tobacco shreds from exit of flavoring machine should be able to guide accounting of percentage of tobacco shreds and consumption of raw materials,as well as technological design of moisture content of cigarette product and dryer outlet.
