基于J2EE的施工成本管理系统设计与开发

摘　　要：在建筑工程施工过程中,如何降低施工成本和提高管理水平是一个重要课题。考虑到工程项目的建设周期长,成本高,管理难度较大,开发基于J2EE的施工成本管理系统。首先,通过对典型施工企业的调查分析,设计相关系统功能;其次,基于现有的信息技术,利用Powerdesigner对系统数据库建立了数据模型,并对系统架构进行设计;最后,将开发好的施工成本管理系统运用到实际工程中,实现决策的科学化、统计的精确化、考核的规范化和信息的共享化,提高建筑施工企业管理的信息化建设水平和总体效率。In the process of building construction, how to reduce construction costs and improve management is an important issue. Considering the long construction period of the project, the relatively high cost and the difficulty of management, a construction cost management system based on J2EE was developed. Firstly, through the investigation and analysis of typical construction companies, the relevant system functions are designed;secondly, based on the existing information technology, Powerdesigner is used to establish a data model for the system database and the system architecture is designed;finally, the development will be completed The construction cost management system is applied to the actual project,which realizes the scientific decision-making, statistical precision, standardization of assessment and information sharing, and improves the information construction level and overall efficiency of construction enterprise management.
