增压撬原油粘度及温度稳定性提高的研究

摘  要:某采油平台配备2台MAK双燃料发电机和1台天然气发电机,用于为平台供应动力。通常MAK主机使用的燃料为原油。燃油增压撬的功能是为了给燃料油加热且维持特定的粘度数值。粘度为15 cst时增压撬从烧原油强制切换为烧柴油,原油主机在特定时间段内由于燃油粘度的原因切换柴油的情况出现了5次,由于原油粘度原因甩负荷情况发生2次,由此可见,提升增压撬原油粘度的稳定性具有非常重要的实际意义。An oil production platform is equipped with two MAK dual-fuel generators and one natural gas generator to supply power for the platform. The fuel used in the MAK mainframe is usually crude oil. The function of the fuel pressurization pry is to heat the fuel oil and maintain a specific viscosity value. When the viscosity is 15 cst, the pressurized pry is forced to switch from burning crude oil to burning diesel oil. The diesel oil is switched by the main engine of crude oil in a specific period of time due to the viscosity of fuel, and the load rejection occurs twice due to the viscosity of crude oil.Thus, it can be seen that it is of great practical significance in the improvement of the stability of the viscosity of crude oil for the pressurized pry.
