摘 要:为更好地评估轨道交通自动售检票系统(简称"AFC系统")终端设备的运行状态,在不新增监测设备的前提下,利用车站运营数据,提出一种基于剩余寿命预测的终端设备健康度评估计算方法。自动售检票系统对采集到的终端设备中关键部件的运行状态、运行次数、故障次数、累积运行时长等数据进行统计、分析,得出各自健康度分值。该方法可以将设备健康度量化,并将结果上传至智慧车站综合运管系统(简称"SOM系统")做可视化的展示和维保管理,为智慧车站自动售检票终端设备健康度分析提供参考。In order to better evaluate the operation status of the terminal equipment in the automatic fare collection(AFC)system of urban rail transit, a method of terminal equipment health evaluation and calculation based on residual life prediction is proposed using the station operation data without adding new monitoring equipment. The automatic fare collection system will collect the operation status, operation times, fault times, cumulative operation time and other data of the key components in the terminal equipment for statistics and analysis, and obtain their respective health scores. This method can quantify the equipment health degree, and upload the results to SOM for visual display and maintenance management, which can provide reference for the health degree analysis of automatic fare collection terminal equipment in smart station.
