摘 要:松软破碎煤层,煤体强度低、自稳能力差、易片帮,给工作面安全生产造成很大威胁。以芦岭Ⅲ811综放工作面为工程背景,提出在煤壁范围采取煤层注水防治片帮的技术措施。通过实验室不同含水率型煤的力学特征试验,明确煤壁理想含水率范围为5%~6%,确定了煤层注水参数。现场实践表明,Ⅲ811工作面煤层含水率由2.98%增加至5.35%,平均片帮深度由0.9 m降到0.39 m,回采工作面的煤壁片帮得到有效控制。The soft and broken coal seam has the advantages of low strength, poor self-stability and easy slicing, which poses a great threat to the safe production of the working face. Taking Luling Ⅲ811 fully mechanized top coal caving face as the engineering background, this paper puts forward the technical measures of coal seam water injection to prevent and control the slope in the range of coal wall. Through the mechanical characteristic test of different water content type coal in the laboratory, it is clear that the ideal water content range of coal wall is 5%~6%, and the coal seam water injection parameters are determined. The field practice shows that the coal seam moisture content of Ⅲ811 face increases from 2.98% to 5.35%,the average slope depth decreases from 0.9 m to 0.39 m, and the coal wall slope of the mining face is effectively controlled.
