摘 要:针对纱线在卷绕成型过程中不当的卷绕参数导致纱线出现的叠纱现象,笔者提出一种周期动态改变卷绕比的防叠算法。通过建立纱线卷绕过程中的数学模型,模拟纱线卷绕成型的过程,采用MATLAB仿真的方式重现了叠纱现象;在对叠纱过程进行理论分析基础上,采用周期动态改变导纱头速度的方式实现该算法。经过仿真实验与实机测试表明:该算法能有效地减小叠纱现象,提高纱锭质量。此算法在纺织设备领域具有广泛应用前景。Aiming at the yarn stacking phenomenon caused by improper winding parameters in the process of yarn winding,an anti stacking method of periodically and dynamically changing the winding ratio was proposed.Through the establishment of the mathematical model of yarn winding process,the process of yarn winding was simulated,and the yarn stacking phenomenon was reproduced by MATLAB simulation.Based on the theoretical analysis of the yarn stacking process,the method was realized by changing the yarn guide speed periodically and dynamically.Through the simulation experiment and real machine test,the results show that the proposed method can reduce the yarn stacking phenomenon effectively and improve the yarn quality.This method has a wide application prospect in the field of textile equipment.
