摘　　要：廉政政策是党和国家持续进行反腐败斗争的重要行为准则,政策的精准传播关乎廉政建设成效。进入大数据时代,新闻传播形态已然呈现逐步变革的态势,依托大数据技术,廉政政策的传播便不仅仅是“政策传播”这一独立环节,而且是一个从廉政数据整合到廉政数据解构的完整的传播链条。精准传播指向的廉政政策传播要求我们首先做好传播的基础架构,即集廉政政策信息加工、存储、共享与传播集成的大数据平台,交互式整合平台和传播监测平台于一体的集成平台建设,然后在实际运营中要从政策的整合与生产端口中沉淀廉政块数据、挖掘廉政信息,从政策的解构与传播端口中推动传播主体的多元化与协同化、传播内容的多样化与柔性化、传播受众的多类化与精准化、传播渠道的多面化与网络化、传播效果的多维化与可视化。Clean government policy is an important code of conduct for the party and the state to fight against corruption,and the accurate dissemination of the policy is related to the effectiveness of clean government construction.In the era of big data,the form of news communication has gradually changed.Relying on big data technology,the communication of anti-corruption policy is not only an independent link of“policy communication”,but a complete communication chain from the integration of anti-corruption data to the deconstruction of anti-corruption data.The communication of anti-corruption policy oriented by accurate communication requires us to first do a good job in the communication infrastructure,that is,the construction of an integrated platform integrating the processing,storage,sharing and communication of anti-corruption policy information,an interactive integration platform and a communication monitoring platform,and then precipitate the anti-corruption block data from the policy integration and production port in the actual operation Mining clean government information,from the deconstruction of policy and communication port to promote the diversification and collaboration of communication subject,the diversification and flexibility of communication content,the multi category and precision of communication audience,the multi-faceted and networking of communication channel,and the multi-dimensional and visualization of communication effect.
