摘　　要：基层腐败治理贯穿中国共产党的建设百年实践。百年来,中国共产党治理基层腐败在不同历史时期经历了初步探索、曲折实践、转折突破、提质升级的演进历程,既在治理理念、治理方式、责任主体和基本方针四个方面呈现鲜明特点,也积累了丰富的经验:要以强化基层党的政治建设为统领深化基层腐败治理;要以聚焦“三个重点”为抓手推进基层腐败治理;要把健全党和国家基层监督体系作为基层腐败治理的重要保障;要把始终坚持为了群众、依靠群众作为基层腐败治理的动力和源泉。The govemance of anti-corruption at the grassroots levels runs through the century-old practice of the construction of the Communist Party of China.Over the past one hundred years,the govermance of corruption at the grassroots levels of the Communist Party of China has experienced the stages of initial exploration,the unsmooth practice,the twists and turms or break-through,and the upgrading of quality.It has shown such distinctive features as clearer concepts,more scientifie methods,clearer accountablities and grea-ter emphasis on prevention.At the same time,rich experience has been accu-mulated,including strengthening the political construction of the leading position of the Party at grssoots levels and deepening the anticorruption govem-ance at grassroots levels,focusing on the“three key points”to enhance the govermance of anticorruption at the grass-roots level,improving the supervi-sion system of the Party and the country at the grassoots levels a an important guarantee for anti-corruption govemance at the grassroots levels,and adherance to the publie and dependance on the people as the driving force and source of corruption control at the grassroots levels.
