摘  要:基于传统铁红花釉的釉式,通过调整SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)比成功制备了传统铁红分相花釉,并采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜与能量色散X射线荧光分析对样品典型局部区域进行表征。结果表明:硅铝比对釉面外观的影响明显,且当SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)摩尔量比值为8.6时,釉面最易呈现"红斑"效果。釉面"红斑"主要是在1120℃~920℃范围的降温阶段由"无斑点"向"小斑点"及成片"大斑点"逐渐变化形成的;釉面析出赤铁矿晶体,不同颜色斑点区域的铁元素含量差异较大,由内到外的铁元素含量分别是6.86 wt.%、27.68 wt.%和17.95 wt.%。The traditional ferro-safflower glaze was prepared by adjusting SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio.The composition was adopted according to the"aluminum silicon performance diagram".Quality of the glaze could also be optimized by adjusting the firing temperature.Typical local areas of the samples were characterized by using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence(XRF).It is found that the SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio has a significant effect on appearance of the glaze.When the SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio is 8.6,the glaze shows promising"red spots"effect,varying in the order of"no spot"→"small spots"→"big spots"→"piece",as the temperature is changed from 1120℃ to 920℃.Hematite crystals precipitated on surface of the glaze.The content of Fe in different color spots varies greatly,with values of 6.86 wt.%,27.68 wt.%and 17.95 wt.%from the inside,middle and outside areas,respectively.
