摘 要:采用单向恒温冷冻铸造法制备出仿生梯度层状结构SiC多孔陶瓷。研究了水基SiC陶瓷浆料的初始固相含量和冷冻温度对SiC多孔陶瓷的微观结构(包括孔隙率、片层厚度和结构波长)及抗压强度的影响。随着离冷端距离的增加,层状多孔SiC骨架的片层厚度和结构波长均沿着冷冻方向增大。随着浆料初始固相含量的提高(20vol.%~40vol.%),坯体孔隙率减少,抗压强度提高,其片层厚度和结构波长均增加,范围分别为10μm~100μm和15μm~140μm。随着冷冻温度的降低,坯体的结构波长和片层厚度均降低,抗压强度却提高。单向恒温冷冻铸造工艺具有操作简单、孔径分布和气孔率可调的优点,可实现大尺寸、复杂形状材料的制备,为梯度层状多孔材料的制备提供了新思路。Bio-inspired SiC porous ceramics with gradient lamellar structure were prepared by using unidirectional thermostatic freeze casting.The effects of initial solid content of water-based SiC ceramic slurry and freezing temperature on microstructure(including porosity,lamellar thickness and structural wavelength)and the compressive strength of the SiC porous ceramics we re studied.With increasing distance from the cold end,the lamellar thickness and structural wavelength of the lamellar porous SiC scaffolds increased along the freezing direction.With increasing initial solid content(20 vol.%~40 vol.%),the porosity of the scaffolds decreased,the compressive strength,the lamellar thickness and the structural wavelength all increased,while the ranges were 10μm~100μm and 15μm~140μm,respectively.With decreasing freezing temperature,the structural wavelength and lamellar thickness of the scaffolds decreased,but the compressive strength increased.The thermostatic freeze casting is simple in operation,pore size distribution and porosity are adjustable,and it can be used to prepare materials with large size and complex shape.
