摘  要:以YSZ陶瓷粉末为研究对象,通过SEM观察微观形貌,测量其平均粒径为27.8μm。利用显微CT技术对陶瓷粉末及内部孔隙进行了三维可视化成像,定量分析了粒径、球度、比表面积等几何特征参数,结果显示粉末的平均粒径和内部孔隙的孔径分别为20.85μm和4.89μm;平均球形度为0.52和0.59;平均比表面积为0.96μm^(2)·μm^(-3)和5.73μm^(2)·μm^(-3)。由此可见,显微CT技术是一种表征陶瓷粉末颗粒及内部孔隙三维形貌的理想工具,与SEM技术相比更有利于获得代表性的结果。YSZ ceramic powder was used as the objection this study.According to SEM result,the average particle size was 27.8μm.3D visualization of the ceramic powder particles and internal pores were carried out by using micro-CT technology.Geometric characteristics,sphericity and specific surface area of the powders were quantitatively analyzed.It is shown that the average particle size of the powder and the aperture of the internal pores are 20.85μm and 4.89μm,respectively.The average sphericities are 0.52 and 0.59,while the average specific surface areas are 0.96μm^(2)·μm^(-3) and 5.73μm^(2)·μm^(-3).It is therefore concluded that micro-CT is an ideal tool for characterizing three-dimensional morphology and internal pores of ceramic powder particles.
