摘 要:长距离引水工程建设具有点多线长、参建单位多、施工环境复杂的特点,随着新一代信息化技术兴起与融合应用,在其智慧建设中常面临对数字化技术认知不一、管理不规范、制度不健全、推进无头绪等问题。结合珠江三角洲水资源配置工程数字化工作推进的组织架构、职责分工、BIM+GIS具体实施流程和相关成果的管控制度等,为行业长距离引水工程智慧建设的管理提供一套可借鉴的经验,并打造出具有自身工程特点的数字化解决方案。The construction of a long-distance water diversion project has the characteristics of multiple points,a long distance,many participating units and a complex construction environment.With the rise and integrated application of a new generation of information technology,it is often faced with problems such as different understandings of digital technology,non-standard management,imperfect system and no clue in its intelligent construction.Combined with the improvement of the digital work including organizational structure,division of responsibilities,specific implementation process of BIM+GIS and management system of achievements for the water resources allocation project in the Pearl River Delta,relevant experience can be summarized for the management of intelligent construction of other long-distance water diversion projects,and a digital solution will also be created for each project with its engineering characteristics.
